eBusiness

What is eBusiness anyway? It in a nut shell is doing anything online. Or more precisely starting and completing a business transaction entirely online. Does that description fit what you expected? Well back in 1994 I was presented with a lifestyle one could only dream of at the time. Imagine waking up and commuting a few feet or rooms to work, spending a few hours at your desk and you're done with your work day... leaving the rest of the day to do as you wish. Play golf. Go skiing or Surfing. Hiking, the sky is the limit.

Wow that was awesome to me. Am I living that lifestyle yet?... No! But each day I get closer and closer to it all.

Anyway, how does one get an eBusiness up and running?

Well the best way to get an eBusiness up and running is to get a well put together website up, fully functional and running. Well first you need a product or service to sell, preferably in a good niche market with plenty of fishes. Then you need to check out current websites that offer that or a similar product or service for ideas on how to position your product or service to get a better position for presenting your niche to the public. Then depending on your finances available you can put up a basic well thought-out, properly SEO'd website yourself or hire someone to do a more fancy SEO'd one for you. You then spend a few months to market it effectively yourself or hire someone to do it for you.

It all comes down to the money you have available to spend to either do it all yourself, or have someone do it all for you. Whatever option you take it will take you a few months to get SERP traffic. So some people do PPC while the wait for SERP to kick in.

Imagine setting up a website and marketing it then watching it slowly take on a life of it's own... attracting traffic, SERPs, making sales. If the product you sell is down-loadable you can literally remove yourself from the daily operational tasks/process which makes eBusiness ideal. This is precisely the reason so many people are online seeking the ideal mix to make their Internet fortune trough eBusiness.

The in-between include adding AdSense ads to your website to make some extra money. Some people even add links to or ads for amazon.com and eBay.com products to bring in even more income to make your eBusiness even more profitable.
