Business Opportunities
It's a little tricky these days to find even good viable Business Opportunities. This is due mainly because there are tons of thieves out there so now people are running scared and don't know who to trust.
Luckily, there are still a few known trusted Business Opportunities out there. But it all depends on what you want to do.
What I mean is you have to have passion for whatever it is that you eventually do so that you can overcome the tough times especially at the beginning. Also it is harder to sell something you don't believe in. So with that in mind let's see what there is out there.
A Website:
Well you can sell a product or a service that you created or you can sell someone else's product or service. some Business Opportunities come with a turnkey website while others don't. The one's that don't give you more of a chance for profitability as you control the way you present the product.
But most people like a turnkey solution. That's harder to profit from as there are usually hundreds, even thousands of others doing the exact same thing... what the people controlling such programs bank on is that each representative will be using varied different ways to market the product. But after a few hundred it's too saturated so no one makes any real money doing it.
VA:
Well if you have an area of expertise in business support services (like accounting, website maintenance, secretarial) you can become a VA (Virtual Assistant) and charge anything from $8 per hour to $25 per hour depending on how technical the work is.
You can then put in a good 20 hours or so each week for a month or two to both setup your website and market it effectively in order to get a decent flow of business in a month or two.
There are also a few websites like eLance.com and Rent-A-Coder.com that you can also list your services on to get clients.
Don't overlook using PPC while you wait for your SEO efforts to bring in SERP traffic.
MLM:
But maybe you're looking for more of a turnkey package... more like MLM. Then you have tons to choose from. Again make sure it's something you love because you are going to eat, sleep and drink it every second of your spare time for the next 3 to 6 months to really make a good go of it.
Well the bottom line with Business Opportunities is the same with any business, to be profitable you must bring fresh new clients in on a regular basis. So the bottom-line is always a good, even great marketing strategy.
